PW Vs SRO

what happened to the pw thread?

but anyhoo.. its kind of unfair to compare sro to pw,
because PW was designed and created with the intention of fixing/improving the problems alot of mmos have... hence the name perfect world lol.

while sro was simply designed to be different from the usual mmo. (WoW, EQ, etc).. but not neccesarily better.

Let us remember that Perfect world is still new... all this is expected from new games. So you cant compare perfect world and sro to be honest. Atleast not yet....

When 2moons just came up, it had the same hype and all tht crap...but its starting to have the same crappy problems as sro. Wait a few months than maybe ur comparison might matter...F2P mmo's are generally very hard to manage...

lol same here...yes because SRO quests in broken English that have you
killing 100's of monsters for little or no exp really beat quests that give
loads exp for little effort :roll:

SRO - You can't log in
PW - You can log in but there's 3 seconds lag.

Either way its GG for me

Both games are Farking horribad. They make me want to gouge my eyes out with a syringe that some leper used to pierce his ears with.

PVP
SRO= Starts when a player puts on a special pvp cape, once on can be attacked and killed by any other player with a cape on despite lvls (leads to high lvls kill low lvls and ruining it for them) leads to chaos, ends when player dies, player can re spawn inside city or at current spot, can take place only out side of a safe zone.
PW= Starts when a "duel" request is sent to another player, once fighting anything goes. Fight is over once one player reachers 1HP, and so player does not actually die but the duel is over. Can only duel with a player who agrees to duel with you. Can duel anywhere, inside cities and safe zones, under water and even in the air

imo it would have been better to just promote the features pw has than to put sro down in order to make it look better... they are really diffrent games, with really diffrent goals. they CANT be compared. :/

Something these two games have in common: if you could buy them at a retailer, they would both be in the bargain bin.
