blader is going to own 90 cap because bladers get a phy attck skill its like lvl 30 ice shield cept it basicaly takes away shields def and raises blades attck a lot

I have to say pure int spear.. for 90 cap of course with 90 ice 90 heuksal 90 light(embue) 30 fire

Ice gives most defences, + snowshield with 90heuksal also alot of extra hp.

when judging pvp you cant rely on snowshield wtfux happens when u are in a guild war and it runs out? you get 1 shot thats what happens

There is no best build. The best PvPer depends on who has the smartest play style, the best mind games and the ability to press 123 the fastest.

Everything is capable of beating everything, except if people safe zone camp. But if you safe zone camp, you lose any and all respect from me; who should SZ camp the most. (as a cleric in PvP)

Blader is only killing things when the get those statusses on you. And they have to crit even then. Bladers IMO are annoying, I never fight them in 1vs1 and in job/guild wars they just die last cause we kill all other stuff before we mob the bladers. If that makes them good in pvping, meh.

Otherwise indeed it all comes down to the kinda setting, whos playing and who gets the first hit etc.

You forgot hybrid warlock/cleric. Not as strong as pure int one but can tank you all day long lol.

I'd say glaivers or bladers... But actually good bladers are hard to find. Very hard to kill during wars with full buffs.

Not talking about builds that cant be killed but cannot kill either. I can make a pure str glavier with masteries: bicheon, glaive, ice and fire and get myself euro buffed and walk around all day. However if this would be the best build ever, i dunno yet.
