Academy Hacks?

A friend of mine recently told me you can use acad points as silk, is this true? Say I get a char lvl 1- 40, and I go to item mall and change the "points" into silk, is this doable? o_O :?:

The only way to trigger the Silkroad server to give an account Silk is when a payment is sent. If you "hacked" silk, it would be completely fake and worthless without the transaction on $$money$$ to Joymax.

The only thing about it is a little window when you buy something in item mall "use points". I really dont thats the case for honor points, otherwise everyone over 60 can basically get free silk >_>, and you know Joymax won't jeopardize their revenues of course.

I noticed on the sro site it said that premium can only be bought with silk, as the restriction. On the other items it did not say this, can anyone confrim if you CAN obtain silks with honor points?

You cant obtain silk with honor points, not right now anyway. Not sure if you could in the future (but I doubt it). The points probably refers to an alternative form of payment that JM plans to make available soon (just my guess).

my friend one time got 8million in his account, yes 8million out of no where, i'm thinking it's some kind of silk or some kind of bug.

or the fact i've heard that some silk items can be bought with large amounts of gold on other sro versions, but being isro they won't do anything with out getting paid, its probally just a carry over fromt their own version of the game
