Keep it, sell it, anything besides giving it back.

He does not deserve your kindness.

The moment you will give it back he will start talking shit to you and laughing, calling you noob etc

99% chance you were not the first to be scammed by him.

Punishment is the key word here imo.

If you have no use for it, then sell it or give it to a friend who can use it.

Definitely don't give it back.

If he had the balls to try to scam you well fk him, now he feels what other people feel when they get scammed.

He had full intention on scamming you, so why feel bad for him, he was initially trying to steal your wep so why feel bad for him.

Keep it or give to to a lower lvl friend.

Give it to a "cool" lvl 42, some1 who diserves it more then a random scammer ^^ who ever you will give it to will be so happy with it, and the scammer will just have it back and go on scamming.
Rondo ing is also a waste if you can make some1 else happy with it if you ask me xD

Whats wrong with you people? So if one person is a sad feck and scamming it allows you to do the same to him? And youre the same people who cry and whine about the SRO community going downhill?

So he might try it again if he gets the spear back, he just might also change for the better.

I just find it really ironic that the same people who whine and cry about the community, advise you now to keep the spear.

Scammers shouldnt be treated as our equals.

Like bots/spammers, they're just garbage that you deal with in any MMO game. Dont even think about giving it back-two wrongs DO make a right. He'll have learned his lesson after this and we'll be blessed with a game with one less scammer. And for everyone who reads this thread, hope you leave with one lesson learned - NO MERCY.

Ironic? Youre being a nice guy, giving shit back and you tell us not to do it?

Besides that, I figure I repeat the question. What happend with all the good intentions of people on here? Are we suddenly all egolistical bastardos? Where is the love?
Teach somebody a lesson, if youre so ruthless to others how do you suspect being treatend nice?

Ok this isnt an eye for an eye or a mercy (give it back) issue here. Lets pretend this person was doing this in RL. If someone came up to you and tried to scammed you out of your hard earned cash, and in the process of doing so you realized the scam and saw the chance to teach the guy a lesson would you? There are NO police here to preserve order. No one that will enforce laws. Who will teach this person the pain of losing things (that he probably didn’t work for in the first place). Its got to be the funniest thing to take a senario like this and reverse it. The initial scammer represents the bad part of the sro community. The guy that twarted and reversed his effort isnt. Unless of course he goes around trying to scam sun weapons off people. The people that are responding saying to not give it back represent the pat of the commuinty that has been scammed in the past. I truly don’t care what people think of me. I have never nor will I ever scam someone. I have been scammed once. I was even fairly nice about it and offered to buy the item back. Clearly the person wasn’t after gold or they would have sold it back to me and laughed hard. It was something personal. And completely uncalled for. If more of this happened to people when they tried to scam, bet it wouldn’t happen even half as much.

Exactly what I was going to say.

He scammed that spear from someone else. He's a lying piece of shit that doesn't deserve anything. He would have laughed in your face and called you a noob retard if he had succeeded in scamming you. Not only should you not give it back, you should make his life hell by telling him you'll give it back at 3:00 AM his time and he can log in and wait for you. You're only half-done with this asswipe.

If you give him back his spear, you are part of the problem. Not part of the solution.

Omg, nog you ever gonna come and visit us? Me and sanj are getting bored XD

But on topic: I wouldn't give him the spear back. His plan was to scam you, and if you give it back he probably won't learn a lesson. You might feel bad, but he probably scammed it off some other poor soul. Re-sell it and make a little cash, he doesn't deserve another chance =/
