The weird thing was that I noticed that everyone was disconnected gradually, not all at once. O.O

Is this happening in every server? or its just some servers? ya I got disconnected too and then now i can't even get in, I thought it was only me so i reinstalled, now the patch won't run... 
Phew I though it was my computer lol, i guess its everybody's problem now
