Hmm, so I was looking through the euro items and was actually quite disappointed that they only had up to 6th degree items there...
But taking a 2nd look at the skills, I noticed that they already have all the skills in there, including the ones they've updated a while ago on KSRO.

Ok, so I guess this might mean we're getting a 80 Lvl/Skill Cap for Euro! OMFG! I'm so excited! Hahah!
Here's the thing though, I'm not sure if those new skills are over 60 skills... Haha! And a downside is a possible 6th degree item cap... But still... Muahaha! Can only hope for the best!
