well i did find out why i couldnt get in the game.........because somehow i got the 100year ban =( i have no idea how, and no dont even suggest it, i didnt do any kind of botting......so unless theres a way to get myself unbanned.....im gone

Did you bought silk? Maybe its delayed funds transfer related with paypal, happens all the time. Usually they would give a small description of why you got the ban.

Unless they have changed, Joymax does not unban accounts, so you're stuck.

That sucks, man.

Check that your paypal payment went through (paypal side, if you used paypal). Check that your paypal account is still active, and information uptodate. Check that your bank account/bank card linked to your paypal is active and uptodate.

Your account ban would be reversed once your payment goes through. I dont think you can check your silkcharge history :S. Good luck, and hope you can get your account back.

i know he got unbanned cuz last month (maybe two months ago) he was globaling saying he had his account back, and that he knows what is the procedure that one needs to do if you go through this similar situation.

well thats very odd.....cuz reading his situation it seems like he actually had a paypal acocunt......i didnt....i jsut used paypal as a means to purchase silk with a credit card.....so if i need to mess around with paypal im screwed....but thanks amelie and ill see what i can do

You should be able to get unbanned once Paypal contacts Joymax to let them know the transaction went through okay. It seems to be a fairly common problem. Good luck in getting you account back fast!

Yup only way is to contact Joymax's finance section.

If its about money and paypal they answer within 2-3 weeks. Long time, but lot faster than never for about anything else of the game.

They will tell you to contact Paypal and have paypal send them proof or info saying that you did in fact pay for your silk.

I know a few players that have gotten unbanned this way.

Ok, so piootr pmed me, and ill explain him how to deal with it. And for the rest of u, this is how it goes, shortly:

~ U buy silk using ur paypal
~ Ur silk payment gets through inspection, where they find something smelly, so they block ur paypal account (so called "limited access"), and they chargeback the "smelly" payment.
~ Due to chargeback, ur account gets banned, because u have the product, and JM doesnt have the money anymore, it is' charged back.
~ U have to prove the Paypal account (the thingy u attached ur credit card on) is absolutely urs, they will ask for some data and documents, to fax to them. I recommend u call paypal support service, since the problem can be solved that way. There, u will have a long fight with answering machine, until u actually talk to a human voice. That is the most retarded part of the proccess.
~ An agent will ask for ur name, phone number, last four digits of credit card. Then u talk to him, and u unblock the paypal account (so called "full access").
~ After retrieving full access to ur paypal account, go to paypal website, log in and go to "send money" tab and resend the money that was charged back.
~ Wait 2-4 days, and u are unbanned.

I will explain all the necessary details on private, in case u dont understand something.

My comment on this random banning by buying silk: a funny retardation. Good thing someone suffered 4 months and finally got the procedure... *cough* The shit is tricky, and it is hella annoying & undeserved, and I would have quit the game also, but my friends pursuaded me not to. Dun wurry, ull fix this
