I would like to thank all the botters at Mercury server for helping me hit lvl. 50 in 22 days!

I really appreciate your presence on my favorite grinding spots. I have been killing mobs 4-5 levels higher than me since i was lvl. 20; without you there to first hit the monster, the chances of item drop would have been nil! You let me grind on "brown" mobs and still gave me the chance to earn a lot of gold from item/elixir drops.

Not only have you helped me quickly finished those 5-level higher 'kill 1,500xxx mobs" quests/collect 350xxx such&such monster drops, you also tank champions and giants--- which I could then safely kill when their HP is below 70%!

Let it be on record... I am very happy that silkroad is 90% bot population. I can be a raging KS-maniac in this game and nobody ever complains! I get to maximize my daily 2-6 hrs playing time just by killing "brown" mobs and doing "red-scroll" quests with the help of botters.

Silkroad's game programming highly favors those players who can Killsteal due to their bigger damage. This is why I decided to make a wizard/bard when Mercury server opened 3 weeks ago. Anybody can test this in game, let a botter attack a mob until its hp is less than 10% then nuke it .. you will still get the SAME amount of XP. for example, i let the botter attack ujigi til its almost dead then i launch my firebolt nuke doing 5.6K damage, instantly killing the ujigi... i still get the same 3,860 xp--- just like the same amount of xp i normally get from 1-shotting ujigis.

Furthermore, (this makes me really enjoy killstealing on this game) even if you killsteal a monster that is almost dead (1% HP left) you still get the item/gold drops as long as you dealt the bigger total damage than the botter!!!!

IMO and in my experience, item drop chance rate seems to be also calculated by the game from the player/botter's level who first attacked the monster so I hope to find a SoSun drop soon when the botters starts training on niya snipers. highest lvl on mercury right now is lvl. 68/69 chinese nuker. I had to buy silk and get GT 9 days ago-- in my vain attempt to keep up with the botters, but sadly, 24/7 pure int chinese botters left me in the dust level-wise. hell even euro rouges/warriors/wizards botters are now lvl 64+++

Thank you again, botters. You made silkroad fun again. don't worry, if ever i get a SoSun weapon while killstealing your bot, i will sell it back to you at a reasonable price.

yeah. i was an old-timer here on srf. i forgot my old forum account name and password. i quit silkroad last july 2006 and came back just this august to try the new euro classes.

back then, it was nightbloom and stallowned that made srf such a fun lively forum. still, ryoko made a great decision making Sui srf admin.

lucky, i tried the idea, but all i can find are nuker bots, that are higher lvl then me, unless i go on lvl, aside from 1 blade bot i managed to find while in china, you've inspired me with a new vigor, to go out and kill steal some bots, about time to return the favor heh, of course finding an str bot is harder said then done

if you use maxed out life control, you can ks chinese nukers 4-6 lvls higher than you. i have been ks-ing lvl 56+++ nukers on penons since i was lvl 48!

once you get to lvl 38+++ go to bunwangs area in hotan map, that place is filled with bladers/glaive botters. lol even 48 glaive botters still run rampant at bunwang areas.
