If you mean the thief in the distance towards the center of the screen, to me it looks like it's carrying a 5th degree spear, a Halbert I think it's called.
What's wrong with the picture? Well it does look awfully quiet there. Someone said it's wrong because the thief is inside the circle, but I believe NPCs can come in, they just won't attack you unless you attack them or the circle goes away.

I don't have my gear on me. Check sig for my gear stats. And I have bad luck at alchemy, but blue. I made +7 glavie, sold it for 350mil. Bought shit load of str stones, most failed. Gave to friend, he put str 4 or 5 on everything in first try. 
As for picture. There are no bots. Killed 50+ of them.
