It is an another variable included in a damage calculation. Forgot the formulae tho lol.
Conclusion: higher the reinforce is, higher the dmg is.
(To notice the difference, pimp all reinforces at 61% or more lol)
(To meet the only man alive crazy enough to do that, pm slayer69 on Babel, he pwns)

i know they are not the best gear around but i like the int-str on my items they saved my life lots of times

And heres the set
Not the greatest, need to update some things, still allows me to tank a lot as a bower, 110% Phys is when i have 5str 5int sword and shield on, not bow, +Prem + Gold dragon flag.
