The only times I've camped a unique was from around 62-65 with isy. I hadn't killed Uri/TG before I got my two isy kills. And since, I have gotten a TG kill and a uri kill. Not by camping, but just being near while jobbing.

If they have never killed it before, thats a different story though. I have killed Yarkan and Isy, but i have never even seen TG or Uri. I will kill them once regardless of level, but unlike some others, i will leave it at that just so i can say i killed them.
I wouldnt mind seeing some sort of cap...say something along the lines of:
TG = 1-30 URI = 31-54 ISY = 55-71 YARKAN = Go nuts
I wouldnt mind it being capped on a "per player" basis. Now when you are in one of those level brackets, you can kill that unique as many times as you want, BUT, once you are out of that level range, you can kill them once and only if you never have before. So if a lvl 80 has never killed any unique, the only one he\she can repeadetly kill is yarkan, they would only be able to get 1 kill of each of the others.
I dunno, just a thought
Yup. Got to agree with you too.

If a level cap, there are really no need for a minimum level
so if I go by your example
TG = 1-30
URI = 1-54
ISY = 1-71
YARKAN = Go nuts
Still, I don't think its the best way to go.

Yea, the minimum level isnt necessary, i guess if a lvl 20 wants to try to kill uri, isy or yarkan, they should be able to try, it was just a spur of the moment idea.
But i do think something like this would be interesting. Not seeing TG die 5 seconds after she spawns would be nice and would mean a hell of a lot more to someone around her level than someone 60 levels higher than her.

Whats the point of having certain level uniques if people around those levels rarely get a chance at them?
I am 60+, and when i decide to finally camp her, yes, i will forget about all the lower levels and take the kill. But that is simply because i have never killed her...let alone ever seen her. After i can say i have killed her, im done. That is the difference between some people, and the other lvl 60+'s that constantly camp her to see how many kills they can get. Really, what is the point to seeing how many times you can ks a lvl 20-30?

I have no idea what kind of mindset do these high level people have. Do they really think that at level 80 and killing TG will get them fame? Their names will indeed flash on the screen globally, but I don't think there would be a lot of people who would react to it - other than calls of "n00b" or "gratz." I think they should implment a damage penalty to people of certain lvls. I think TG is a lvl 20 boss solets cap her at 30. Any player lvl 30+ will still be able to attck her but they damge they do will be significantly decreased so that they're basically on par with everyone else who should be attcking TG. Same for all the other uniques. That why high lvls can still get the kill but it'll be alot harder for them to compared to someone whose closer to the lvl of the boss.
