You are indeed correct but i still hope things will change and we will get a decent silk customers service.
Things change too bad its going so slow and especially the changes are towards getting more money out of their customers instead of actually fixing the real problems.

for example my signature it would be so nice of joymax to at least give that player some silk back or fix pets so you cant npc it before his time runs out, instead you get a raw hard response and your topic goes in the trashcan.

Those of us who have been here a long time KNOW what the game is missing, we saw it when it was good. Your expectations are lower because you didnt see it then.

I'll also add that Pred is a very cool guy and my opinion of JM doesnt extend to him. lol

For me, the last week of SRO has been the best since I started (about a year ago). I can login first try. They cleared Oasis of bots, the list included several that had been KSing me as I was grinding and I haven't been KS'ed by a bot all week. Since upgrading the servers a month or so ago, the lag greatly improved, although Hotan is still a mess.

To take your analogy one step further...you've moved out to the suburbs with the rest of the desperate housewives and the city is now undergoing gentrification; a slow but rewarding process for those who enjoy the investment.

When you stack a GT or Gold PT with the Skill Ticket, you get SP x 3, not SP x 4. Pred is wrong. You are wrong. Get over yourself and quit LYAO. For someone who has left the game, you talk an awful lot about new developments in SRO. It makes sense that you are wrong.
