I know I said I'd make it like days ago but I couldn't get on now that I did though, here's a little backup for what I said about how often you get stones in alchemy. Like a billion ppl said "oh yeah, blue weapons give you them all the time." Well now I'm proving them wrong.

Make sure you have the speakers on cuz the music is half the fun.
I've seriously used over 30,000+ destroyer rondos on dropped items with blues and never gotten a stone. I did make 190 million gold though so I don't feel too bad.
And just FYI, lucky tablets did exist, just not anymore.

5 degree items dont give any stones ... just buy 6 degree things =)

hey hey hey now wait a minute. First of all, I've probably disjointed about 30 6D items ever cuz I deal in 6D elements once in a great while. Also, I've seen a 3D luck stone in a stall once so it's possible. Also, this other test I did kinda proves 5D ones can give you a stone if they're really, really, really, really, really good

I never got stones from anything lower than 6D as far as i noticed to get a stone from a 6D weapon it has to have 3 blues, 7th degree has to have 2 blues and 8D has to have 1 blue... I might be wrong tho

nope. got some useless mind stones from some white glavie, 72.

USELESS?!?!?! I made like 15 mind stones to use on my equips. I think you should read up on what certain stats do.

They increase magical defence.

If he already had good magical defence on his equipment then they would be useless to him, no? If i had full blue gear but only 22% mag defence, i wouldnt risk the assimilation just for an extra few mag defence points therefore they would be labelled useless.

ur drawing a pretty gay conclusion from a single degree...it's more like this

8d=very easy
7d=easy
6d=3+blues (the more the merrier)
5d=hard (u'll probably need to destroy ur ubber pimp 5d weapon that u've been using)
4d=very hard (a couple of ur ubber pimp 4d weapons)
3d=very very hard (a lot of ur ubber pimp 3d weapons)
2d=near impossible (a ton of ur ubber pimp 2d weapons)
1d=probably impossible (a few tons of ur ubber pimp 1d weapons)

remember it's always easier to get stones from weapons
