where can I get an extra bag?

To get extra inventory, do the inventory expansion quests available at accessory traders. you can also buy a pet for extra storage.

Theres a storage place where you can hold your items for a price, in every town.

First, in the middle of town there is a HUGE RED BOX with a chick sitting on it. This is your storage. Money is free to store and items have a small fee. It is only available to your character so it is safe.

Second, you can make a "mule" character on the same user name and password to store your storage overflow. Your storage contents are available to ALL of your characters on the same user name and password. I do this for all of my elements and alchemy because they can fill your storage up real quick.

and also remember the storage has 5 pages. maybe i was just being dumb but i was lvl30 when i noticed that it has 5 pages of space...

You were not the only one! I made that mistake too.
