dagger skils plzzz

:D

I still like this guide a lot, I came back here a few times to check up on what the later crossbow skills do. A lot has happened in one month but we need those dagger skills T_T (And I switched to cleric sub >_>)

I lmao-ed at the Intense Shot skill description...

I have a question that's been bugging me

the passive skill Poison power-up

It doesn't seem to work! >.<

I've tried both the poison imbue and the actual poison skills such as poison field and poison trap with and without a dagger equipped and there's no change in damage!

is this passive bugged or something? my poison power-up is currently at lvl 2, granting me 32 poison DMG increase and 40 poison EFFECT increase

Hmm..could someone clear this up for me?

How long does poison circle lasts and does it have about the same effect as the Cleric's Holy Word spell?

If so, that means that a rogue/cleric only benefits from Recovery Division and Bless...

quoted from Akuji^'s rogue guide thread:

Quote:
Poison Circle: I don’t see any aspect of this skill that would be usefull for me. This skill makes a circle with a 25.0m radius, the chance of you and your party being poisoned will decrease by 50% and if you will get poisoned the poisoned status will be reduced. So easily said: it makes your party more poison resistant.

Quote:
not only against posion ... this skill can make you more immune to effects .. cold for example it's great skill better than fire shield as it's skill for all builds and not a bug as fire shield ..

Now for my answer, as the the skill description says, it reduces or prevents (50% prob) CURSE-LINE status effects, which include

Confusion (Mob only)
Disease
Fear
Hidden
Zombie

The skill is still less effective than holy word, but if your lacking a cleric, it's certainly better than nothing

Ah allright, cause I'm building a Rogue/Cleric. So if this skill would do the same as Holy Word I would switch to Bard. Thanks, think I'll keep cleric...even though it's a pain in the ass during grinding, but for pvp it would be great to have cleric...

nevermind guys, I found the problem ^_^

despite the skill saying that it works only with daggers, it works with BOTH dagger and xbow, so I was getting the benefit of the passive anyways, I just didn't realize it, I took a risk of wasting 280 sp and my poison dmg (imbue) went from 206 to 224 ^_^

how many gaps should a rouge have? should i sp farm or something coz the euro dress requires mastery lvl so it's not good to have 9 gaps..

I would say keeping a 2-4 gap should be enough

Sweet, thanks for the guide. I am a rogue/warlock and I love it. You should maybe show the warlock possibility of a sub-class on this, I find it to be awesume.

What Cleric skills do you recommend taking?

I disagree on the scorn thing, its pretty usefull in jobwars/group pvp/ FW.
I'd rather see a rogue die instead of a cleric.

I've become known as somewhat of a "pest" I love using scorn on clerics. All they do is heal me while i rape their teammates. I've also used it on a tank who was in the middle of buffing up his teammates, then look at me with all my warrior buffs. So far i only have it at lv 1 testing it. I need to find a way to work it into jobbing. So far i've only used it in pvp.

Themz tactics. :)

Jobbing your talking about?

Well, you just follow a trade "caravan" in stealth (with bard this wont be a problem, you will be fast enough) and you wait untill the wizards/ clerics need to rebuff ^^
Then you pop out of stealth and BAM! Caravan dead =D

I'm talking about using scorn, not so much attacking when the enemy is at their weakest. However, your tactic is rather smart, wait for them to be in the middle of something then rape them all.

Yup indeed, I've been a low lvl thief once in iSRO ^^
So now, if I have to rebuff, the first thing I get out is my shield, then my cleric rod and then I immediatly do bless spell =p
