I haven't had ANY drugs (including over the counter stuff) and I haven't had an abnormal amount of caffeine or sugar. doe this happen to anyone else? is there a way to make it go away?

It needs to be amputated.
Right NOW!

Sooner the better. Do it with a good knife. The bleeding and infection risk is worth it, it could spread to your whole arm i fyou wait longer.

God, So, so many retards on SRF nowadays...
Jammer, it's just a muscle twitch/spasm, probably due to stress, the less you think about it and the more relaxed you are, the faster it'll go away. It might last a day or two to several weeks.

It MIGHT be Carpal Tunnel Syndrome but it's very unlikely.

It could be a number of things, from the less serious (eg fatigue, or poor posture) to something else. If it goes on for weeks or gets worse, or you start to feel pain, or tingling (pins and needles) in your fingers, go to hospital.

Sometimes when i have my feets on the table my legs start shaking uncontrollable. It can happens such things when you hit wrong nerves..

Have you like hurt your right thumb the last days or something? It can be some damaged nerve that is the reason for your shaking..
