Acess Denied

Lol my friend is down stairs and I have his pc name, and the only way i can send him a scary message is use Shutdown -i in CMD using his pc name, but it says shutdown denied, Hes in the network, I got his pc in, but it says acess denied so i I know its detecting it, but how to i disable it from his pc?

lol ok, I got this extra shutdown app, and I got his username right but when it asks me to input password, I do, but it shows no ***** characters or anything of that sort, press enter Access Denied -_-
I use PsShutdown BTW

Go to the processes and shut down explorer.exe.

Lol reminds me of something we did on my previous job. We were all domain admins so we could shut down each other computers, we even made scripts for it (we had 4 computers each, don't ask why, it's to hard to explain). We kept it fair though, we always gave eachother a 15 sec on screen warning ( /T:xx).

Why not just get into his pc later on like a limited account, and then use cmd to get admin acces(unless his admin is unblocked) And put a shutdown batch in his start up that's set for like 5 min? So you have time to disable it and remove it later. Or you can be an asshole and put it for 0 secs so his computer will always shutdown when he start up lol.

that doesnt terminate the pc.. it only removes desktop etc i did that unfortunatly whenni i playd sro i had to hold the power button on the pc to restart

Go to TaskControl (or however its called, the one you get by Ctr+Alt+Del)
and then go to File, New Task. In the window which then opens, type in:
explorer.exe
Now your desktop loads again.

hmm I'm not that stupid, I program myself and know all the tricks in the book ^_^ I was hoping someone may of had a greater experience with Command Prompt thought than me ^_^ but I guess not, My god I even disable router/windows/norton firewall on his dang PC for like 10 mins so I can try to enter, His account is the admin, and I know his username and password to his pc but still access denied, anything I need to open in the services directory? wat lol? wat do i do -_-

End the svchost or svhost process what ever its called. Itll brind up a shutdown countdown window with no other options.
