Hello i bought 1000 silk (+100 gift) to my char but what the ... joymax banned my id due to chargeback. :S is there any1 knows what should i do for it i will be grateful for your answers

yeah, fix the charge back and give joymax the money you promised. that or move on to a new account. cause its gonna take over a month for jm to unbann you even if you fix the issue.

Anyway, you gotta fix this issue with pp or cc company (depends who charge backed it)

Check with paypal first, make sure the payment is confirmed and completed. Check if your credit card provider recalled the payment or delayed it. If all parties are satisfied, and JM should have received the payment, and your account has not been unblocked, then you need to contact JM. It has happened a lot of times in the past with players getting banned due to payment problems related to paypal. It may take a while, but they do get their accounts unbanned.

We will ONLY cancel/lift an account block when we recieve notification directly from Paypal, Cyberpass, and the various card companies that
1] the chargeback has been resolved and payment has been received
or
2] the valid card/account holder has cancelled their chargeback claim

To unblock your account, you must first contact the payment partner that you used to make the purchase. If you used PayPal, contact PayPal. If you used ClickNBuy, contact ClickNBuy. If you used a credit card, contact your credit card company. You must resolve the ORIGINAL chargeback issue. We do not accept alternate payments. Please do not send us direct payments in an attempt to unblock your account. This does not work. After the issue has been settled, ask the payment provider to send us an email to paypro@silkroadonline.net . No forwarded emails, phone calls, faxes, or scanned copies of email is accepted. Only a direct email from the payment partner is accepted as proof that the chargeback is complete. Once this email has been received, we will lift the block.

i resolved the limitation problem and send them a mail to send mail to your mail address as you said.i'll be very pleased if you unblock my account immediately when you recieve their mail.

I don't have any fault about that actions and i did everthing that can i do.

Your account will most likely not be unblocked immediately. Chargeback issue can take up to 21 business days to be resolved.

its stupid things like this that would put me off playing a game, always silly roadblocks, jumping on a fps server is much more simplier then having to deal with a company over something that wasnt even ur fault arg .

dont worry .. calm down you got time to fix this.

just contact papal about this matter they need to make sure your payment is legit, obvious they thought someone else was on your account trying to ccf you.

just email & talk with them

after you fixed your limited account, paypal will inform silkroad about this and you can send an email to to pay4@silkroadonline.com. (takes up to 5 days) they will notify you once they confirmed it

i used to get limited account on paypal very offen too,they fix it fast just contact them
reason why u get that is becouse u loged in with different ip
so make sure u alwys use same pc/isp to login to paypal and dont use proxys.
