This is not the only type of cartoon they use for propaganda, I've seen others as well.

And what does this accomplish? Three year old children being bred to hate and to fight.

Reminded me of the little girl in Wilder's film that said all Jews are pigs and should be slaughtered.

Are you certain that's children's TV? Because the Simpsons, Robot Chicken, Avenue Q, etc. Certainly aren't for children and I doubt this is too.
