I usually scratch mine its a real bad habit but before school i see a big one on my face and i dont want to go to school like that it just happens. But the best thing you can do is just wash your face alot and try not to touch your face alot. I usually put my hand in my shirt if its a long sleeve or sweater and then put my hand on my face to rest in class.

It only dries it out. It will usually leave it more aggravated in the long run. I personally, through my experience, I wouldn't recommend it.

So face is a WAY less than what it was before. Oh yeah i need suggestions about acne in your back. I'm starting to have some there Gosh, i've never knew family genes could affect me in such a way (mom side )

back acne.... i've never had to deal with that. im not really sure whats good for that besides a body scrub with little beads in them like st.ives apricot scrub lol. there has to be one for body... or go to the store and look at body washes and see which one is especially designed for body acne. thats what i would do if i had any acne there. maybe you just need to shower more often

Use the biore wash I suggested to you. Wash with it in the shower. There is a thing called Oxy spot treatment. It's a small, tiny black tube you can find at a walgreens for example. After your shower, use the spot treatment on the area you have acne. Just a little, and you will see a huge improvement very quickly. If you have any more questions feel free to PM me.

(the non-cream ones, like alchohol kind) and this thing called "Evoclin"(about to run out) Evoclin is like a foam like thing i apply on with. Oh yeah, can you post a picture about your recommendation? So it'll be easier for me to search for it

Sure thing. Here are the two I suggested. There is another thing you can use but if your acne is minimal then it isn't of high importance. The Oxy Spot Treatment: The Biore Wash:

If by dark spots you mean any scarring, then I would seek a dermatologist and seek their advisory. I could recommend something, but I think it would be better left in the hands of a professional where they can see it and better treat it.

The Oxy Spot Treatment: The Biore Wash: Biore makes a really nice facial scrub, especially good for clensing pores. I used to use something similar to the oxy spot when I used to get a random pimple - they work if you take care of your skin and only have a random pimple come out occasionally, but trying to put that all over an acne breakout will cost a lot and not be too effective.

I would take my topical advice. Although they might prescribe some medication to take down the inflammation from the inside. Let me know what the doctor suggests. @dom that's why it's called "spot" treatment. Considering only a few breakouts is what he says he has, it will work just fine.

Cleaning your face has nothing to do with it really. Its more genetic and mormonal.
Anyway. Roaccutane FTW (cure)
editt: Soap drys skin out. Use those cleaning oils or whatverrrr!

Genetics obviously plays a role, but you will not help prevent future breakouts as well as relieve present blemishes by bad cleansing habits. You talking about accutane? For most doctors, if not all, accutane is a last resort, as it should be.

I'll say again, "Benzoyl Peroxide".. use it for your acne problems.. but before that consult a dermatologist first.

I'm all with you on the Prevention is you have genteics that favour your skin. Keeping healthy skin IS important. And yes it is a last resort. Heavy shit it is.

To my knowledge it is called accutane. Regardless, we are on the same page, and are talking about the same medication.
