do you consider it just as bad as boting yourself

It depends, are you botting ans power leveling the character?

Simply being power leveled by it?

Either way its an act i dont condone.

I don't think it's alright to be power leveled by a bot. But, how would you know your power leveler is a bot? I don't think he's likely to submit a CV before you pay him

Well, a noob first needs to get the money to pay for it.
So imho, its legit.

I think, it's legit, cuz it's really crazy start with lv 1 and reach the char to lv 90 without taxi, but I hate people plvling all the time to max lv...

No it's not legit, regardless if you're botting or not. People are getting to really high levels by doing no work at all. And wtf are you on about? Just because they have enough gold means they're legit? LOL! Most people who pay for plvl have already bought gold....

Legit should be playing the game with no third party program, no gold being bought for real money and only partying with people 5-6 levels more than you. Getting powerleveled is for lazy ass players who want to get to high levels without any of the work. There's no sense of achievment in getting to a high level if all you've done is paid 40 million gold to sit on a horse.

Trust me, the game is A LOT more fun if you level yourself all the way!

I bet you guys would think differently a bot powerlvling if you saw how different it was without bots.

For one it wouldn't be so cheap, not everyone would be doing it, it would actually take effort, ppl aren't gonna just push some key and go afk, its not gonna be 24/7 grinding, and it wouldn't take so little time to lvl someone up.

And you can only powerlvl so much, once they get to a high enough lvl they can grind with you, unless your the avg bot and have multiple chars/friends with the same that will just bot you upto 80. Most bots on Xian will setup a powerlvl party in hunters/generally, just put the noobs in 1 spot and then 2-4 bots powerlvl untill 80/fully farmed and shit, lets see any legit do that? It's not gonna happen, so really I think powerlvling isn't the bad thing, at least not how it may seem in the state of sro now.


I've worked for my lvl, no bot or buying gold, I certainly don't powerlvl 24/7 but I know whoever I powerlvl is legit, mainly cus they aren't afk, and theres no programs playing the game for either of us.

it's legit..in my opinion..if you find it in pt matching, charge you 500k for an hour or something, get p lvled for that 1 hour...it's ok

if you go around begging guilds, acadamies, friends, and pts for p lvling...you might as well bot because you could have been grinding and got that lvl in that time already...

if you're being power lvld by a bot without paying and it's 24/7....you're worse than a botter

1. you spelled legit wrong
2. you are benefiting from a bot

getting plvl by bot = cheating
plvl by guildmate or friend = ok, but lazy

how are you ever going to know and understand your character if you don't actually play it? getting plvl for 23 hours and then going to pvp for the last hour...you gonna get ownd every time!

Legit.I dont see so many things wrong with it.Its a persons choice 2 do it they will just turn out 2 b a lvl 80 char with no skill at all.Plvled by a bot i dont think thats legit.O and another reason why am with legit plvlin up 2 some point is the fact that im not gonna grind billions of exp.U think grinding billions of exp alone is fun .

But a bot is lvling for you, so your just as bad >_>.

Change of ownership of th ebot doesn't make a difference, your exp is getting gained form the bot either way.

Sorry but that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard in my whole time on Silkroad. Seriously.... YOU'RE PAYING SOMEONE TO BOT!!! That's even worse than botting yourself!

It doesn't really matter if people think it's legit or not since it's not bannable.

It's not bannable by JM, you aren't violating rules of ToS.
However its debate-able becuase you are taking advantage of a bot. IMO Powerlv should never be used it makes you weaker and poor-er (weaker as in you don't know your char as well)
Party Powerlv is better, when a high lv joins a low lv party and allows the party to function normally. You still learn + get more exp

No, i never have paid someone for pleveling, my guild just powerlevel me and i consider myself being legit as iam not using a bot myself.

JM doesnt prohibit being in a share party with a bot.
it's not legit though....

If your guildmate bots while powerlvling you and you still consider yourself legit, then well your just an idiot >.>.
