Watch Mushi-Shi.
Then you can go watch Death Note, Code Geass, Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.
If you want another break. Check out Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei

Baccano! is a series 13 episodes, it's more like a long movie to me. If you the combination of chaos, alchemy, mafias, blood and gore, you can't miss it. I was just gonna watch the first episode but I ended up finishing the whole series in one night. OverDrive, typical sports manga/anime, just with bicycles. Made me wanna bike faster at times though. If you want another break. Check out Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei Most of these "overrated" shows are overrated for a reason and vice versa. I say watch the "overrated" shows first then watch the not so popular others. Not to mention that the not very popular ones can be troublesome to find.
