oh hi there whats the highest lvl for each in the 90 cap? hands shoulders feet head legs chest ring necklace earring weapons = 85? big  to whoever tells me

Now heres a real question, how do we get Lv 89 Shorts, 89 Necklaces, and Lv 90 Chests? me and Skayunor faught quite a dozen Guardian Rocky (Quest Rocky's) and they dont even drop gold, so I dont see how they would suddenly drop items. And Shaitan only drops unrepairable equipment, this is from experience from some of the items I have seen him drop, so how on earth do we get 89~90 gear?

You gotta fight the Gaurdian Rocky that Shaitan spawns or get the drop from Shaitan himself.
