Nice thread, concluding and summarzing nearly everthing u need 2 know.
I still have 2 questions:
1. How many elixiers do u need 2 make a SoS, SoM, SoS ?
2. How do u drop, sell, trade a certain amout of stuff ? Even with Sonyheon's guide/help I could work it out ...

You cannot MAKE SoS.. They only come as drops, so you have to be lucky and get one from a mob, or buy one.
To split multiple items, SHIFT+click then choose how much to separate
.
.
I THINK it's shift...correct me if i'm wrong.

Actually, there is a use for parry. It effects how much damage you recieve. Attack rating affects how much damage you deal.

I was trying to find out what the bonus effect 'steady' does and stumbled on this guide...
Quote: Attack Rating: The speed with which you swing, stab, or fire your weapon. A higher rating allows you to attack marginally quicker than others. I thought that it was the damage guage based on the attacking stats of your weapon, for instance;your weapon has an attack of 100 - 200, if your attack rating is high, it will mostly do close to 200. Quote: share item = item you pick up goes to random person in party
I thought share item parties distribute items in turn.
party share exp... people usually target the same mob for a faster kill. anyway the guide about worthless skills is good!

Heyho. question.
Does the passive effect of the weapon masteries work with everyweapon?
so example. if i put in points into the passive skill of the Spear tree. i get +XXX hp. if i dont use spear does it still give me the bonus? vice versa for the bow passive +attack rating. do i get bonus if i use spear/sword?

yes, it works, no matter what weapon you're using. the only exception is the bicheon one, since it raises the blocking rate of the shield, so you have to have a shield for it to do anything. the spear and bow ones work for any.

what exactly are you talking about? if you mean the item cheat in the first post.... a lot of people never did it(myself included), and it doesn't work anymore anyway. so what are you trying to say?
anyways, botting=cheating isn't even my main complaint with it. it also happens to be illegal, which is where i'd definitely draw the line.

Great guide!
Let me bring up one of the points you mentioned in the guide. Regarding the part where you said that the server calculates your HP when you use the pot and no matter if you get hit by the MOB (now I know where the name comes from, ty) you still end up with the same HP afterward(1800 in your example), I don't agree. I haven't tested it, and I will tonight when I get home, but that means you can never die while you still have pots and given you constantly pump your pot.
But it not so... I pump pot constantly (in addition to auto buff) and I still die sometimes when I get raped by the Taoists. I'm sure if you're weak and you go up to and much stronger MOB you still die no matter how fast you pump your pot.
Other than that, it's a wonderful guide and I learned many things from it.

i've tested it and it works for me, the same works for mana.
it works like this: granted you pot up before the hit but you will still die if the damage overtime is HIGHER than what you potted for. pot's a delay, yes it's quick but it's still a delay, pots don't keep stacking over and over again. why do you die when you have auto pot on but multiple attackers or one heavy dealing attacker? because the DELAY can't keep up with the damage you're receiving over time. what good is a pot for 1200 if during the time you potted and the time the server finished calculating it you already received over 3-4000 damage.

I *strongly* disagree with you on your point about the Self Breath Heal
Quote: Force: Self Breathe Heal. Pointless, weak, costly. Heal-Medicine Hand works perfectly well to heal yourself, and by the time you max it's first book, it's healing power already exceeds Self Breathe Heal's second book. Avoid like the plague.
There are a few things that need to be mentioned.
1st - Casting Length:
SBH ~3 sec
HMH ~5.X sec
2nd - Best Case Casting:
SBH - *One* Hot Key
HMH - Character select, then hot key
3rd - Req. Level
SBH - 5
HMH - 12
4th - HP to MP Ratio (Level 1)
SBH - 5.5625
HMH - 4.9865
Ok first let me start out by saying I'm in no way bashing you or any of that jezz, just bringing light on an issue that I feel is misrepresented. Let's get started! Rather than a length discussion I'll try to keep it short and sweet.
First and foremost the *point* I will be making is that SBH and HMH are both *tools* that must be used in the appropriate time and situation.
SBH is suited for when you need to quickly get some HP in battle. With a way shorter casting length, you should be able to get two off on avg in just a half-sec longer than HMH (barring lag that is).
The convience of being able to quickly hit one hotkey to heal yourself is the difference between life and death. With HMH you must first select your char, add 1 to X extra seconds to the process, then wait a bit for the healing to take place. Whereas SBH you just have to wait for it to heal, no extra delay.
This is very important because you either have to select your char in game, which not always be possible (imagine a giant in your viewport + champion covering you char) so you usually have to select using the portrait in the top left corner. Moving your mouse all the way up there to click first is time that you do not have!
Next, sometimes I just want to heal a little bit after a battle, minor wounds, I can just use SBH and save on the MP, so I do not have to sit down and rejuv MP.. That's important for str chars because they need all the MP they have. If a giant should suddenly spwan (happens to me all the dang time), the person who just used SBH would be in a lot better position (no MP pots at that time).
HMH has a level req of 12. Now what are level 1- 11 chars supposed to do when they need to heal? Wate money on HP herbs or time sitting down? As soon as you hit L5 I'd reccomend getting SBH so you have a backup when you can't sit and are dying. It definitly shines at those levels.
Now when you get pat L30, I can honeslty say that SBH is useless unless you continue to upg, to which you would be right in what you said. However, I'm willing to bet there are more people that are 1-30 than 31+. Just getting to 30 in itself is an accomplishment, so a certain knowledge of how to play is definitly needed. After a long battle and you are severly wounded, I'd not use SBH to heal over 2k hp lol, I'd use HMH.
So for heavy HP builds, SBH is not needed as much as HMH. For INT chars, both can be equally useful, with a slight edge to SBH for the faster recovery of HP. For starts less than 12, SBH is avaliable and should be used. It all just depends, so I can't say that skill is useless.
So, that's about it. Both are tools suited for two different things. Just thought I'd share Good work on the guide! When I come across other things I'll bring them up as well.

Nice guide .
But i don't understand this:
- The wolf losses 1 Hunger point, so 1% EVERY 3 SECONDS. That mean in 300 seconds it dies (if you don't feed him)??????? Did I understand this correctly??
PS: I don't have a wolf, im tommorow getting one, plz help about this...

Just a tip for if your wolf is suffering in battle, and you don't have pill potions. Normally you won't be able to un-summon it, but if you put on your cape (which you can do any time) the wolf will be unsummoned automattically, wether it's in battle or not.

wolf does not lose 1% every 3 seconds. He loses 1 hunger point, with is FAR, FAR below 1%. I havent fed my wolf yet and he's lvl 28 .
Also frost nova is quite a useful skill because it doesnt take much sp and it has a very good chance of freezing and 100% chance of frostbite. Plus is has penetration etc. I find it somewhat useful in pvp if enemy doesnt have cold immunity.
SOS, SOM, and SOSun do different things. SOS is the equivalent of +5/6, and wont disappear with a failed alchemy. SOM = same thing, but +10/+11, SoSun +15. Or something like that. All i know is my SOS lvl 20 scale hose +3 had more defence than a lvl 28 pure white hose.. (and im still trying to sell it) .
Concentration is an awesome skill. What parry ratio does is say a wep has 450-550 atk, if u have a higher parry ratio than they have atk ratio the wep will do more like 450 dmg!! Same thing with vital spot muscle, which has that atk. Parry ratio IS already implemented, at least thats what i think because i notice a difference when i use concentration. Sorry if someone already said all this lol.
