Most people only get lightning as side mastery for the grass walk stuff and the passive.

I am now level 11 and I haven't up any of my skills. I post a topic where I learnt a lot from people who replied me but still it's quite hard for me to udnerstand completely. I am building a STR glavie character and I hope that there's any kind person out there willing to teach me step by step how to add my skill and what to up. For example, if not mistaken there a game called Ragnarok Online that I use to play(that I find it crappy now). Certain forums where they teach people on how to play the game they include in it flow chart. For example, Skill A add 5, Skill B add 3 , Skill C add 6. Or there is even some that draws it out like Skill A u need 3 to get to activate Skill C. Or something like tat. can anyone free and willing enough to do me this favour. I am a super noob if that's what I am. And I hope there's someone tat can do this and if there's any newbie in future then it be easier to see too..Thanks alot

well you can search back my reply and then MAX all the skills I listed there.
That means add up till lv 9 , or some last books till lv 6 or even lv 1. Just add up till they say max.
Only Wolf Bite is useless , you should level that skill to level 5 to help levelling.

to lvl 70 with these skills you need about 115k SP when you skill all of them :(

i think the build is great. i started a fun char on alps with that settings... but the first 14 level without weapon skill is hard...

just playing some hours because my hybrid blader on venice is only 29... and that wants to be lvl 60+ ;)

i think my second char will be a pure str glavie char...

cu later and thx to the guide :)

A pure STR uses imbue for extra damage, it is definitely not a large source of a pure STR's damage at later levels. So spear would be a bad choice - most of the damage comes from physical, not magic

Fire pheonix is useful, most people carry a shield, equip it, use the buff, and go back to their normal weapon. It reduces the status error like posion or freeze.

Need HELP!

This is my chr, a pure str glavie guy at lvl 32. I use fire as imbue, cold and lightning, all three at lvl 27 (heuksal is too at lvl 27) and force at 23.

Now, how do i lvl up my masteries, i know i have to choose fire, and heuksal, have to be at lvl70. But what about cold and lightning, which of these two should i pick? Should i have heuksal, fire, lightning and cold at 70 and force at 20 or heuksal, fire, cold/lightning at 70 and force and cold/lightning a 45?

So which should i pick, ice or lightning?

not exactly sure, but for anyone that uses pure str glavie. I was told an easy way for sp farming with it is to keep a 10 level gap between your Force masterys and your level. And a 3 level gap between your level and weapon. Not sure if that's exactly right but thats what I was told and it's been workin alot better for me now.

But that way you'll have a lvl 3 gap? And why?

Im not sure I had just found that out. And my lightning mastery was 21, and my fire was 26. And im lvl 29. I got a 3 lvl gap between my Hesukel and my lvl but im not gaining that much sp. Not really sure on how it works. I was told my Iolaus from Olympus in the Greece server. You can say he's a botter I don't care cause he's my friend in real life and I've grown up with him. So he won't bs like that so I believe him. Im just workin on getting my lvl's up so I can try it. It works for him so. Give it a try.

Either go 9-level gap, or 0-level gap. 'Nuff said.

Heres a simple way to think of it. Every lvl difference between your lvl and your highest mastery lvl will have a difference in the amount of sp and exp ratio per kill you get. The bigger the difference in lvl, the more sp per exp you will get, meaning you can get more sp in the lvl. Seeing you're still pretty new, it's fine for you to keep a big lvl gap you won't lvl up as slowly as higher lvls. All you're currently doing is lightning, fire and heuksal which is good. Keep your amount of masteries limited as you probably will only be using 3 or 4 skills to attack with most of the time anyway. You've got a choice. Either go 2 - 3 lvl gap for the whole game lvling at an ok speed and getting just enough sp to get by or do a much large gap until you're at lvl 40 and then 0 gap the rest of the game.

I hope my advice here is right, anyone feel free to tell me if theres something wrong. Other than that, hope this helps =)

at the end of august there is max lvl 80 and perhabs next year there is lvl 120 -.-

so my ideas for adds for the pure str glavie :

at first 120 mastery fire
second 120 mastery heukseal

=240 /300
so you can move lightning to lvl 52 to max grasswalk
= 292/300

so you can max at the end lightning to have full passive...

my idea at first was , to setup force (the therapie series and passive on lvl 60... but the last book of therapie needs, i think lv 64?! dunno..) to high for max masteries 300... :( so i deskill and max lieghtning to 60... )

i think other player think about my thinkings an write a comment

Garment, because Strength will raise your physical armor class enough that you wont need to worry about it.

Not to mention the massive HP youll have to make up for that too.

And the runspeed bonus is pure secks.

PS: Im back, not like many people ever knew me though.

IMO that's the worst way to go about things. Leveling with a 9 level gap is nearly impossible, and 0 gap is just stupid unless you farmed at bandits already. Just the SP calculator for your build and use the gap that is appropriate so you have enough SP for your build. I am currently 3 level gapping until level 61.

Well, I've made character that is STR double INT.. example: 100 STR 50 INT. I did that until level 50 then went all STR afterwards. I find myself just as good as PURE STR I think. Reason being, INT helps my imbue :P

I am bow user, I am now currently making a PURE STR just to make sure.

The whole point of a 9 gap is for sp, not leveling.

Is your guide the best build for glaive/str/fire out there? I don't want to mess up my character and have to start over again.

Well ive basically been working on a char from this guide and i was wondering, what is best to have as a alternate mastery, cause i already have fire and im wondering what other mastery i should get.

Im thinking about lightning just because of the grass walk and a couple other things.

Thanks for the help
