The OTL has already decided collectively that Reise should be the next mod. No further applications are neccesary.

To be honest. There isn't anybody that isn't already a mod that could cut it as a mod.
The old generation of SRF members that aren't mods, aren't mods yet for a reason.
And the new generation of SRF members are too young and immature, and aren't going to be mods for a reason.
