No doubt. Probably everything on high too with quadcore and 1gig vid >.>

But run a test here: http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srtest after you got your pc and you will see how well it can run on your pc.

Are there really people that enjoy Crysis / FarCry for the game?

A lot of people only talk about crysis/farcry for the graphics and the game/story really isn't all that good. Farcry was loads better than Crysis and farcry still wasn't good.

It's like you buy a PC and you test it with Crysis, Crysis runs -> PC is good.
Other than that, I really don't know why people play Crysis. Multiplayer is just shit as well.

When we reach the point where graphics will be 'real life'- like (which is in what.. 5-10 years?) games like Crysis will fail.

Anyways, I suggest you download Crysis and don't waste money on it.

I got crysis today. Didn't have time to get far in it but the graphics are amazing. I'm doing medium-high @ 1680x1050, but I get fps slow downs in some spots. I love how the island is a giant jungle, and every plant you walk past has its branches shake in like real life, and make noise.

Downloaded the demo today. Not expecting too much, as I didn't think my laptop would even be able to start it.
But it played it fine on Medium at 1024x768.

reminded me of far cry too much, already uninstalled. They should have made it with some urban environments.
