What I do is turn my resolution and graphical details down. I get great FPS.

Try turning off your antivirus maybe.. or setting it to allow "gamemon.des"

Lol, true, Crumpets can be a dick sometimes. EDIT -- Also, they were not correcting your spelling. To explain: Most games were coded before Vista came out, these games normally do work on Vista, no need to worry.

well for free and good is Americas Army i played it for a while
also played wolf team and i gota say its freaking awesome except my 768k dsl cant take it even with only 4 ppl in room
