Water has no shape and comes in 3 forms. Liquid, Gas, and Solid. Water can do anything air can better. I > Joo.

Gas cannot fly without air => u'll be compacted into liquid by the gravitational force of the earth.

When at solid state, it has shape an is hurtable. Moreover,
friction of the air melts glaces into water. The only state possible is liquid.

Earth creates holes and "eat" water. No earth no sea (coz u'll fall into the center of the Earth, then Fire burns u. After u got burned, u'll turn into air

Yes u can do everything air can, except creating lighting (never heard about lighting in the sea...) But u are mortal

This is avatar world. Not much logic to it. In avatar Fire creates Lighting and Air is used for defense/running away.

Wrong. Air isnt needed for water to move. If you have tested, water does not sit when it is in a cup, it is always moving but unseen to the naked eye.

Still, gas, fuel needs the combustion with the air to create fire. And the structure of oxygen O2 is smaller than earth which is created by smt bigger, so air would go through earth no matter how hard u protect =)

not if you solidify a mud wall. the only way air can get past that wall if there is already some on the other side
