I'm almost done farming my Warlock/Cleric character to 90 and I was wanting to know your guys opinions if I should make it pure Int or hybrid.

My guildmate has 76 sun shield and warlock rod and she gets hammered pretty bad jobbing/pvp she's pure Int.

Yeah and who are you to talk. Pure int locks suck, and I speak from experience lulz. Oh and yeah real offering still does good damage. Heck I am 83% hybrid and at 80 cap I had only 70 cleric mastery (10 warrior for shield trash) and I still 1 hit with offering.

I'm still a pure int warlock, and I have to say that sometimes I feel like i have a hp deficit. But really, its up to you, sacrificing damage vs survivability. Choose one and go on.

Dying before putting debuffs on = fail.
Dying in 1 shot with impotent on the person = fail.
Warlock is a balance between nukes and absolute damage, SPECIALLY warlock clerics. I had a +0 72 rod in 80 cap after I failed +8 and I STILL killed even with a super heavy hybrid. My nukes hit hard on str users, and when it came with ints, absolute damage killed them easily. And honestly, you aren't sacrificing too much damage. The extra defence benefits Definantly outweight any damage output concerns. Don't make the mistake to go pure int :P

Oh and btw I don't have an MP issue when I went hybrid, even if I were to cleric (Did I mention hybrid clerics are freaking amazing?) Good luck with your decision, if anyone listen to people who actually made a decent warlock.

I have to agree with Berto, I am going hybrid up to 90 and it helps a lot; even a few points in STR can mean the difference between a one-hit-KO or a close call. Please don't insult over a different statement. Pure INT locks don't 'suck', though, they just need really good gear with STR on it to survive.

I agree with this completely. If you do not have a warlock then please do not try to lecture about why hybrid sucks.
