I just added random people when the feature was introduced to see if it works. However, my list is: Friends:
- Barotix
- Belgarath
- CrimsonNuker
- Reise
- Stallowned
- SuicideGrl
Foes:
- No one, but thinking about it, there's some names I could add.

I haven't used the friend/foe feature at all.
I barely use PMs, so the friend feature doesn't do much for me, and I fear that if I activate the foe feature, I'll miss something important.

What's the point of the foe list?
If everything was as it should be, we shouldn't need a foes list.

Never tried the friend list. People I like usually know I like their post and consider them a valuable member.
My Foe list evolved quite a few times:
1st time I used it I had every nuisance in GD blocked. I deleted their names eventually.
2nd time was on lolthatstheshit.
3rd time I used it was recently. Every OTL Spammer&Nonsense poster blocked.

i think i only tried out the friends list with key-j and dango, then found out nothing really happened so didnt bother to add more peoples. got no foes (except priam. but i cant put him on foes list because then i wont
be able to reply to his dumb mocking. )

Instead of F&F, a better system would be something similar to YouTube comments. Giving +/- to posts might clear up some spam. A "Thanks" button would be great too.
But as always, they can be abused. -.-
