Well here is what i do
Register account : OK!
Download Game : OK!
Install Game : OK!
Start game : Don't Send Error massage from windows
Check For Firewall : No Fire Wall Found
Download Manual Patch : OK!
Install Manual Patch : OK!
Start game : Don't Send Error massage from windows
what to do ??

try this, first of all, delete your silk road online, then do a clean boot up
To Boot Clean in Windows XP
1. Click Start --> Run --> Type MSCONFIG --> Click OK
2. On the General tab, choose Selective Startup
3. Uncheck Process SYSTEM.INI file
4. Uncheck Process WIN.INI file
5. Uncheck Load Startup Items
6. Click on the Services tab
7. At the bottom, check Hide All Microsoft Services
8. Uncheck all boxes in the window or click the button labeled Disable All
6. Click OK
7. Click Restart
After performing the necessary steps, restore your system by doing the following:
1. Click Start --> Run --> Type MSCONFIG--> Click OK
2. On the General tab, choose Normal Startup
3. Click OK
4. Click YES, when asked to restart your computer
To Boot Clean in Windows ME
1. Click Start --> Run --> Type MSCONFIG--> Click OK
2. On the General tab, choose Selective Startup
3. Uncheck Process Win.ini file
4. Uncheck Load static VxDs
5. Uncheck Load startup group items
6. Uncheck Load environment variables
7. Click OK
8. Click YES, when asked to restart your computer
After performing the necessary steps, restore your system by doing the following:
1. Click Start --> Run --> Type MSCONFIG--> Click OK
2. On the General tab, choose Normal Startup
3. Click OK
4. Click YES, when asked to restart your computer
To Boot Clean in Windows 98
1. Click Start --> Run --> Type MSCONFIG --> Click OK
2. On the General tab, choose Selective Startup
3. Uncheck Process Config.sys file
4. Uncheck Process Autoexec.bat file
5. Uncheck Process Winstart.bat file
6. Uncheck Process Win.ini file
7. Uncheck Load startup group items
8. Click OK
9. Click YES, when asked to restart your computer
After performing the necessary steps, restore your system by doing the following:
1. Click Start --> Run --> Type MSCONFIG--> Click OK
2. On the General tab, choose Normal Startup
3. Click OK
4. Click YES, when asked to restart your computer
and then install your silk road after u clean booted your system, means that before u do the After performing the necessary steps, so u install silk road at step 9" then try running it, if it still doesnt work, errm well lets try this first lol

still doesnt work... hmm, try it in "safe mode with net connection"
press f8 before u see "windows xp" with loading bar beneath it... if safe mod doesnt work, means there is something wrong with your system

no effect still btw one other friend of mine hvae this errors i give him the links to your guide and he still gets it well this mean s i will not play SRO

Ok i can't bilve i fix it if nay one have the sam problem he should download the chipsets for his computer from th official site .OMG i will play the game after all

I really don't understand how people can use a computer without checking/installing all the drivers/modules for their hardware.
Not using chipset drivers is like.. a 10% performance hit!
