Yeah.. so why can't they be use for both china and euro effects? Kinda annoying.
And why such a big increase in the price from universal to purification. I mean ice to a china character is just as necessary to warlock's debuff. I know my friends rely on ice to freeze and slow to win. when they fight me they lose since i'm ice immune. So why do euro get that special pill that cost sooo much more >_>. I think universal pills should do their job.. and be universal.

They're not exclusive Euro status effects. There are many Chinese skills that also have the probability to cause these effects (Bicheon combos cause Dull & Division, Heuksal do Dull, etc.). These statuses play major parts in certain Euro builds so making the solution to overcome that challenge as easy as buying a cheap pill, it makes build less useful. A lot of Euro builds rely on having those status effects so if someone really wanted to avoid being caught in a torrent of incurable status effects, they'll face a new challenge of trying to buy more expensive and more exclusive items from the NPC just as Euros need Vigor potions because of the 15 second potion use delay, and they don't come cheap either.

Well then they should also be a drop from mobs just like vigor grains as well. Me personally, i've never seen how grains can be useful. Although i'm pure int, but in pvp the mp grains are still too slow. So i prefer pots. If grains were for euro, than so should the pills imo.

Grains are not as useful to Chinese characters because there is virtually no pot delay for you. But a 3 second pot delay from grains beats a 15 second pot delay from regular pots any day.

Alot of euro picked cleric. They don't really need the purification pill since they can just cast holy word on themselves. Like you said, china don't need grains, yet they still drop from mob. So if euro don't really need pur pills, why not let them drop too. I mean having bleed and division is almost insta-kill. Same with ice. Can you imagine a bower with all those combos and kb with ice every time. So maybe make the pur pill have a 10 sec delay or something and make them mob drop. that's my idea.

I have a pure int s/s, and i know i really rely on the bleed + division to kill 76+ glaivers. Considering ironwall only last for 15 secs... i barely have enough time to do 2 full combos and hope that it gets on. However, i still think a 10 sec delay of having the status between pills is alright. It might make sword effects useless, but at least it will make pvp better. Instead of pulling out warlock, casting debuffs, and switching to another to attack, they will have to focus on the opponenet's status to see if the debuffs were pilled off or not.

my char depends on my Fire imbue too, soo why they made this universal only for imbue and some other effects, i mean you can't call this universal pill

They're supposed to reduce the effect by its number.. not percent. If Joymax decided to fix it now people would cry and Joymax would probably switch it back to percentage reduce.
Axes have it too. The passive like fire shield, but not percentage.(Same with holy word)
Who knows if Joymax screwed it up from the start..

Theses post-Euro update status effects behave differently than regular imbue effects. Division, Impotent, Weaken, Decay all lower a character's stats. You can actually see your character's stats decrease when you have theses statuses on you. All but one imbue statuses don't lower character stats (light imbue reduces parry). My point is that imbue statuses differ very much from these new statuses so being 100% immune to them theses skills which are essential to many builds (both Euro and Chi) would be damaging to a lot of people.
However, I believe come 100 cap a unique monster will drop alchemy stones (or tablets) to reduce the effect of these new statuses so it should be better if you're lucky enough to have one of these stones drop for you. =) However, certain people who play KSRO have mentioned these drops are pretty rare.

Totally different. Burn Status does not play a true essential role in the killing of someone other than if they have no pots and are being hurt by Burn. Think of debuffs as the Euro version of imbue. Without imbue, Chinese weapon skills and nukes are dramatically weaker. If there was a potion to stop someone's imbue from doing damage it would greatly decrease the usability of that character.
to me its just crap that i have to be under slumber for what 20 seconds? and the only way to get out of it is to buy a 10k pill just for them to put me under another status that i need the same pill for(also has a 15ish second cooldown). and warlocks would not be in any disadvantage they have many other ways to win instead of putting the skull attack, slumber, debuffs, then nukes.

Lol... yeah i understand stun.. but sleep just seems stupid.... how the heck did i fall asleep in the middle of a fight..... hmm so the pills do have a cooldown? that's not bad than..... i could deal with that, would still make warlock strong, and would help with some of the effects... i still think those pills should be a normal mob drop.
