Haha nice one, euros ruining the job system xD

They made it alot better, atleast now you are able to do 5* with lv5x hunters and lv5x trader.

You can't just say all Euros are gay just because one class affected the job system. And I agree with bloodyblade, they didn't ruin the job system, they made it possible for lower levels to do 5*'s.

Indeed, thats what Im talking about ^^
Now you can do a 5* with your grinding party, and you dont need to call in a lv90 wizard to hunt you

how many low levels actually do 5*? Not just clerics ruined it, when the update came you cant equip suit out of town, have to wait a week to change jobs, have to make an alias name, have to pay to get the alias changed, and theifs can no longer pop. i dont think the update benefits anyone cept MAYBE low lvl traders...i wasnt aware you couldnt do a 5 star before new job update? anyways we are way offtopic lol.

In my personal experience glaivers aren't hard no matter what they wear.. bladers are harder yes, but you should be able to kill them within 5 minutes even if they use snow.
There's only one person I can think of on my server who is a total potwar.. livestoned aka niki aka jeff - force blader. Can't use bleed, or dull + bind combos because he can cure them really fast.

He's gotta blader now '~,o? But yeah, glaivers aren't that hard, just makes it a bit harder when they wear armor or protector. But force bladers sux as far as getting statuses on them goes. Can't imagine how long of a pot fight that'd be....

I never use bless or skins unless I'm getting ganged or they are pure STR using snow with sun, though I never used them on any of the mentioned people up there except for the second sun blader.. because he was just so turkish

kinda hard to believed that cause the sun spear you pvp with all he need is nuke first which should do around 15k+ in damage and a soulspear or ghost spear which another 15k+ in damage that 30k in total and quick too so you wont be able to pot back right a way and with snow shield he can tank you fine i wanna see a vids of how you beat him without using skin or bless since i lost to a +7 spear user in my server and he got no sun gear at all
here the guy i fight with

This is why I like my warlock sub better, just kill them with 1 daredevil after debuffs... I use 3 skills max on any build after debuffs(usually 1, but 2-3 if they're full sun :D).

The two builds I actually have to play very careful against are warrior and rogue; he is both. so I'm pretty sure he could also, all I was saying is that a warrior in robes fighting one in HA, even sun HA can still win. (which he obviously didn't see in the first post.)

I admit personally there isn't much competition on venus but there are at least 1-2 strong, skilled players of each class (for the most part) on venus. And I have to admit the only ones, as a warrior cleric myself, that I have had trouble killing is glaive in rediculous armor, blader, and pretty much any good char in snowshield (prot glaive force with snow, s/s snow)

However, I don't lose often. I have died a few times, even split a series with a glaiver 4-4 once. TBH, im not gonna call warrior cleric the best build out there, but in even 1v1 with similar gear the war cleric will win most of the time.

EDIT* Hang on I'll give the game some credit. There is some skill involved. The skill level to reach peak though is so small that anyone can pick it up in a matter of hours to days. Once you learn when to press 2 and when to press 3 there is no better way to do it. The situation is the same every time. The way to beat someone is the same every time.

The only time that a different situation is presented is through the use of randomized blocking and critting. But that detracts from the idea of a skillful game. There should not be luck involved in a game requiring skill.

Well this is retarted, if you are implying that you can pick up when to do a certain skill in a certain situation. That applies to anything in life, from playing Basketball to boxing. You always pick up when to do a certain thing at a certain point. There is skill within the game and people with your mentality are what makes up 95% of the Silkroad population, making my 88 blader a$$ own so many with a crappy set.

So much skill pressing 12345 for 5 hours. Then pressing 2,3 to luckily crit some nub 5 times ina row. Dam straight your blader pwns a$$ bitch.

Comparing a skill that recquires hard work and practice to perfect is just a little different to pushing a button. Nice try though.

It's more like experience+logic than skill in SRO but if you want to call it that, thats ok.

Every 2h skill except triple has a chance to interrupt the opponents attack while doing 6-9k normals with 15+k crits and still able to cast skins so you nuke them for 5-9k while having 30k+ hp...I'd say that's pretty crazy.

SRO, the home of STR nukers.

Warrior-Clerics are overpowered. Its pure str, but hits like a nuker lol. With crits its even more. Almost every skill they have can interrupt their opponent. +recovery division and other stuff= auto pot. Bless spell=god mode 1. Skins= god mode2. With sprint assault, they can close the gap between them and the opponent in every few seconds with a chance of stun...
+ My favuorite: With the crit passive (which is already overpowered) and 100% crit in the weapon at lvl 90 they have 24 critical. (which is far more than you can ever reach even with a sun weapon...) . Oh wait rogues with 100% critical in weapon have 25 crit !! Thats +1 lol.
So with a 2H sword you can hit almost as accurate as a dagger?

Im not even talking about warrior-warlocks, because what they are doing, is not even pvp lol.
You dont even have a chance to move because they are so "skilled".

1- +1
2- get a cleric :D
imo warlocks are not overpowered as much as they are interesting.. its like u can have it all if the opponent isnt immune via holy spell, or have just about nothing vs a holy spelled opponent. and since 1v1 fights are just for fun, u ought to have a holy spell'er in ur party if u intend to group pvp. then all warlocks will do is stun and dot

you really didn't understand what he said at all. a good/smart pvper doesn't button mash that's what the noobs do, i really cant get over the stupidity of ppl on this forum.

but either way OT: warrior clerics without bless are not that hard to kill unless of course they got sun weapon and you got no sun set at all then its just pointless to even pvp. and they arent the best or the best, cocky bastard.

No matter how you phrase it - you are always doing the same f*cking thing in SRO. The PvP is so generically single phased. You will always press 2,3 and hope for a lucky crit or two in a row to finish off an opponent. As i said if you bothered to read the thread the only slight skill involvement is timing. So seriously mate, shut the **** up clueless idiot.

EG. 2 Glaive users face to face - whoever crits first or more in a row will win. Or rather whoever gets to stun then crit will win. There is no skill involved in that. Literally NONE. Whilst other builds are often more "Skillful" and i use the term very loosely, they too are just single minded button mashing in the end.

I must dissagre ... Warrior/Cleric is not just button humping ...
Next to Rogue/Cleric and Warlock/Cleric its the most skill-required build to play...
Ofcourse if playing propperly ... skill in this game comes at Euros ...

Weapon Switching, fast renewing of healing cycle etc etc... You can learn that in 2-3 days like you can learn how to play Blader or Glavie.
Usually when I play my Warrior/Cleric, it depends on me will I lose, or not (<- I think that for alot of Warrior/Clerics this sentance will be fimiliary)... If I make mistake I'll lose, if not, I win ...
Its ALWAYS like that, ofcourse if we are at same level and gear is somehow balanced.

you really didn't understand what he said at all. a good/smart pvper doesn't button mash that's what the noobs do, i really cant get over the stupidity of ppl on this forum.

but either way OT: warrior clerics without bless are not that hard to kill unless of course they got sun weapon and you got no sun set at all then its just pointless to even pvp. and they arent the best or the best, cocky bastard.

Too bad it never is, and good that it doesn't make a difference if you have decent +5 gear on your warrior.
