You can't wear an accessory with the Devil or Angel suit, unless you use pk2.

it looks nice but I prefer the scythe and why would a pirate carry an anchor on their back?

Edit: Can you put it on with the devil wings but it won't show? Like put it on just for the blues and not the looks?
