SilkRoad Related issue!!! PLZ HALP SIRZ!!

A friend suggested i post this question; how do you set up itunes so that it will use RealTek HD audio device automatically instead of me having to go to audio settings, setting that as my default, opening itunes, then switching my default back to my headset?

He said you guys would be the ones to help!
