eh, not really. there are so many variables to this case. you need to question the maintenance crew as well. was there a history of problems with that particular jet. sometimes, shit just goes wrong and terrible things happen.

Not the pilots fault, he stayed with it til he couldnt do anymore. Believe he was reporting problems soon as he took off.

The dude just accidentally killed this guy's family and you want them to call him out on pilot error? Imagine living with that in your head for the rest of your life.
