They are OUT of the party, so it allows you to take low levels in and have an average of the party below the mob you kill. The cleric HEALS and isn't killing, the warrior TAUNTS and isn't killing. Only the wizzard is in party and kills. Geeezzz, I thought you were good in partying on Venus.
Perhaps you should go on good old Athens school and ask Vapore and H3al3d for lessons.
If you're only going to have the wizards in the party, might as well fill it with 8 damage dealers, as UnbeatableDevil pointed out. The big problem with this setup, even with just four damage dealers, is the job of the support players, especially the cleric.
A level 80+ cleric is pretty much useless when s/he's outside the party, especially when s/he has to heal 8 wizards. First off the bat: Recovery Division will be useless. Next are the direct group healing skills. HoTs like Healing Orbit are right out of the picture. Clerics/Bards also rely on clicking party member's portraits (or pressing CTRL + 2-8) to easily heal members.
The most powerful aspect of bards are also rendered useless: their dances. The Dance of Wizardry alone can greatly benefit a party of damage dealers. But if you put them outside the party, they're nothing.
Warriors too would have problems, but not as drastic as the support players. Pain quota wouldn't be used at all. Not every member of the party gets buffed since there's only two tanks and 8 damage dealers if you want to max your DPS.
