Just delete stupid program. I had something like that too. And whole summer after few minutes on computer It was warning me something about high temperature. I just went crazy and deleted program one day. No problems with temperature any more xD
I tried that program but it sais my processor isnt supported, then i read the program description and it said: "RealTemp is a temperature monitoring program designed for all Intel single Core, dual Core and quad Core processors." And as you can see in the screenshot in my first post i have a AMD athlon X2 5200+
Btw my processor is now running at almost 2,9Ghz (stock speed was 2,7) and it doesnt even get much warmer Idle the temps are even almost the same but stressed its bout 5degrees higher then it used to be.
Spoiler!
2 lazy to crop down the image

The max temp i got after playin few rounds of UT3 with all my other programs and Tabula Rasa open.(I could stress it some more but then I'd have to find my GTA4 or put RA3 and UT3 on.) Bit colder in my room now tho then earlier since I just got home and the window was open and it's -5°C outside

It sort of looks like a temperature read error though you could never be sure. Try another program like speedfan or the one blackfox recommended. It should only take you 3-4 minutes to set them up. If an error is the case and you're overclocking your temps could be really high so I'd do it just to make sure.
edit: just noticed you said you checked your bios. It still seems kind of low so idk.
