Lol? Or the economy went down for a lot of reasons, but I'll discuss two reasons, the biggest being that the Federal Reserve system is flawed and were in a major down period of that system. Once the US goes down the rest of the world is affected. The other reason being the war, and the fact that we taught the people were fighting back in all the soviet union crap to make your enemy spend 30 dollars to every dollar you spend. All of this could have been prevented back in 2000 when they first predicted it.
