Fire technically.
But since the light skill tree is better for an int then fire tree is. Most int's skip fire and just go with light/ice/bicheon

ME > FULL 90 GLAVIE Skill 291 (Heuskal-85, Fire-85_stop, Light-85, Cold-36_d-lvl), thus U-lvl Fire.
LIGHT - grasswalk(max 77%), phantom walk(escape), concentration(parry), pierce(magical attack).
there is a Lousy COLD.. rather u carry shield, equip+5 or buff instead.

OT:

Go with Lightning...simply because Piercing Force and Concentration help you more than a higher base imbue attack or higher magical defense.

that, or you could just go Fire, Cold, Lightning ...many nukers seem to have done that for the 100 cap on the other sro versions

I'm sort of old skool and always had a hard time giving up fire just for lightning. Yeah, lightning gives you speed, phantom, and mag dmg increase, but I still prefer fire over lightning >.>.

If I ever make a chinese again, it'll be either a pure int or heavy int hybrid s/s; with the masteries I'd go 100 bich, 100 fire, 100 cold; you might not have speed or phantom or increased magical dmg, but pure int s/s fire nukers have, IMO, always done enough damage without lightning. However, with 100 Fire/Cold you get: both walls, immunity, phy and magical defense, invis/stealth detect, and 60% snow shield.

if u could live with the slower grinding, i think Bicheon100/Fire100/Cold100 is a good choice. U have more magical defence plus immunity. U lose speed,ghost walk,parry ratio and magical damage but it's worth it. Fire has more nukes, stronger nukes, stronger imbue and more magical defence.

Personally, I like cold. The reason for ice imbue is that it's really helpful in PVE and really annoying in PVP. You have a 50% chance of freezing your opponent, and even with pills, it still is effective enough to stop your enemy for a second and canceling their attacks. The damage difference between lightning and ice is NOT that big.

But lightning is also the ideal imbue for pure ints, just because lightning should be your main tree anyway.
