First of all you can't just ask any girl out and expect her to say yes, first you have to make her laugh be friends with her, get her trust, soon enough she will start poking you and laughing wich is her way of telling you she likes you.

Taking it Further
Now that you know that she likes you ask her out , be nice , just start a conversation and then be like"Hey uhmm I was wondering would you like to go out with me to FILL IN PALCE HERE" she will either say yes or no if you followed the 1st step right then there is a 90% chance she will accept.

Physical Love
Now that you guys are boyfriend and girlfriend ask her how she feels about kissing in public etc.Ask her what knick name she would like for example "baby" etc lol.
Then you guys can kiss hug, make out etc.

Sex
This is the hard part but the best in my opinion rofl!
