Now their often the top 3 DPS and one of our wombat rogues does 7K DPS on tank-n-spank fights. I can't even compare anymore. I can't even come close. Our DK is up there too; hard to understand why fury got nerfed so bad for being "hybrid" and DK didnt, but alas. =/ lol wombat Awesome. TBH, I want to try a subtlety pve build because I'm getting pretty bored with combat. I used to do mut pve build and that was fun, though very specifically managed. Combat is some serious faceroll.

One of our rogues stays mut for the same reasons, then is fustrated he can't touch the wombat rogue. Vicious cycle imo. =) And of course any time wombat gets buffs, inc qq

I do wonder about sub and numbers tho, might be interesting.

Im currently sat in Ironforge trying to decide what to do. Im leveling my warlock atm cos i've had enough of my DK, but i dont know if i want too. I really love that char and it was my first and is currently 70, and id like to get it to 80, but i have no idea how to DPS as a warlock in end game.
For questing im Affliction so i just dot and run, Haunt when i need too, drain life ect then run back looting like 20 mobs at a time, but i know affliction sucks for decent damage in raids/heroics and most play destruction but affliction is all i have ever played.
Anybody have any tips or maybe a good warlock video or end game DPS /PvP?
Oh, and im STILL waiting for AV... <1 minute wait my ass.
EDIT:
Oh and Grats for 80 curve, must of missed your 80 thread, unless you didnt make one... Your avatar makes me happy.

Ironically, i just read that on the other thread where you first said about it and i wondered if you rerolled. You can contact Blizz to get 3 chars back, but you can only have 3 restores out of anything, including items. Then its at the GM's discretion whether you get the restore or not.

That waist I was talking about ended up dropping again and this new guild was more than happy to let me have it. Now just need legs from UK and I'm pretty much set. Another tier piece would be nice for the bonus, but eh.

Played a little on the PTR. Really like the mount cast time change, but the rest is ... meh.
Oh and the new BG is pretty awesome too. Its kinda like WG but on a smaller scale.

Well, it was yesterday, not today. A few days ago I reached >2000 on WoWHeroes, but I still have some blues left. I did some HCs ... (UK - Still didn't get that ring I want... AN - No trinket for the warrior either :/) I finally got enough emblems for http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40685. I tried to do EoE10, but it didn't work out at all as the tank was a total noob. Hopefully I can do EoE or VoA some day soon.

What do you mean the tank was a total noob? Are you sure DPS weren't killing sparks fast enough, assuming you wiped in phase 1?

If the tank dies, its the healers fault. If the healer dies, its the tanks fault. If the DPS dies, its their own damn fault. End of lesson.

Nah, that needs to be amended.
If the tank AND the healer die, DPS didn't kill shit fast enough.

I downed yogg 25!
Unexpectedly!
22 on to start, sat around waiting for over an hour. Turned in 23 and a desperate move to practice anyway. Another healer and another DPS logged in, making 25.
Doubted it would ever happen; we've been using multiple tanks in PH3 and I was the only one of them on. Couple attempts later, solo tanking PH3 (that sucked LOL I was panicing in my chair) and the ranged called out 45 seconds on enrage or so. I shouted "Melee switch to yogg, NOW" and BOOM two achievements popped on my screen.
AND OF COURSE
Double Vanquisher. -.- story of my life!
(Yes, I Know we have two hardmode kills and no yogg lol, were backwards)

Really? What class and how much TPS on average? Grats Ryoko on Yogg! My guild's got a lot of personal stuff happening so I'm having to PuG Ulduar. I've gotten to Keepers so far, but no further. =[

Ran my brother through sunken temple on his warlock, nothing he wanted dropped. He was going to run me through razorfen on my druid but "additional instances could not be spawned". Did 2's with his resto shammie instead, fought the longest arena battles ever against pally/lock and shammie/lock teams. Lost both, logged after my 10 arena games.

Holding agro on malygos takes practice, it does. I lost it a few times learning it.
But then you learn the subtle tricks and tips like
Frontload a ton of thread before sparks, dont worry as much about debuffs. DK's pulling sparks means no kiting; no kiting means awesome threat instead. Whenever the dragon takes off, stand in the 2 spark pile and blow your big cooldowns Occasionally hes in melee range to TPS during vortex, take advantage Taunt every time the dragon lands, regardless if you need to or not, every time Follow up with big cooldown Rinse and repeat
Is especially tough if going for the 6 minute kill; malygos needs to enter phase 2 (50%) within *one* vortex phase.

I've never had problems. Kite strat and a solid 5-6k TPS at all times. .-.
Then again I am a lolpally. (though I've seen people fail at it, somehow... 3k TPS in T7.5 from some)

Yeah don't worry bro, your godmode is coming once you get that buff, and DK's are nerfed into oblivion.

The scary thing is, I don't NEED that for my godmode. I'm damn near hard enough to kill as is. Good DKs will get over the speedbump; it's just to allow other classes equal opportunity at some of the HM tanking. (/wave @ Vezax)
Unlike some people out there, I respect a damn good warrior tank. You guys are a rare find and good people to work with. (I would've been a warrior tank if I didn't hate the whole rage mechanic <3)

LOL @ your avatar btw. Thats somewhat true, but DPS should learn how to manage their agro too. Not be like the retard DK who was dps'ing in frost pressence and pulling agro from the tank. Anyway, back on topic... Played form Isle of Conquest again earlier. Im not liking it much, its far too big for my liking. My friend described it as AV 2.0, and he's kinda right... Oh and i dont like AV either. Only reason im playing it is cos im 70 and dont want to join the 70-79 bracket on most BG's.

Well I was specifically referring to a couple things - 1. tanks not grabbing aggro on the adds in VOA and getting half the melee killed because they're noob. 2. tanks pulling the dragon in OS and not holding aggro. I was in one where the tank had a good 30 seconds to build up aggro before melee went in and couldn't hold threat. Wiped half the melee in the first minute of the fight. 3. OT not pulling enough threat on Patch, despite having ALL dps hold back initially and then white hit for 30 seconds.

(I would've been a warrior tank if I didn't hate the whole rage mechanic <3) Well its BS all in all, GC admittingly posted warriors need help, but they are not buffing them because they are currently the most popular tank, since its all we had in vanilla, and the best in BC. And buffing the tank whos already most popular won't encourage people to play other tanking classes. SO basically, its straight up honesty that the reason we havnt been buffed is to encourage people to switch. Class balance at its best. BS.
