What keeps you going when you're down?

walking with the dog always cheers me up.
the last week I think I've walked him ~10+ times, and each time for around 30-45 minutes.
Works wonders, especially since he always cracks me up with the stupid things he does from time time.

I don't usually feel down.

When I do, I lie on my bed and sleep.

Or I go play some scary game, the adrenaline brings me back up, while I scream:

YEAH DAM YOU EFFIN GHOSTS! WANT SOME OF THIS! COME N GET ME BIATCHES!

Lately I even walk with the dog just cause of the nice weather here ^^.
And i'm enjoying it tbh.

Music, music is a big part of my life. If I'm feeling down I'll either play the piano or listen to music.

Also walking down to the ocean and sitting on the rocks out over the ocean always soothes me

With me I find it hard to tell people how I fell and I bottle all my problems inside and it's not a healthy thing to do.
Like the posts above me music does help, when you can relate to the lyrics it's even better.

That's exactly why I don't classify my music as neither happy or sad. Because subjective arguments as these appear.
