What keeps me going...

I get a nice hot cup of tea or coffee and either grab my ipod and lie down and listen to music until I pass out or go outside, get some fresh air, and enjoy some peace and quiet (can hear an occassional car go by).

I rare feeling down but when I do it doesnt last for long.

But music is the best to listen to when you are down.

I'm one of those people where if something bad happens to them, I just go "eh, oh well" and move on. If I do get "down" its for a max of a day or so.
