Can someone provide me with a list of where/ and what monsters to fight at from lvl 1-100

i think there should be guides out there but it's hard to find, they all tell me where to SP grind but i just want a list of just fast lvl grinding. :s

check out this guide i made if your a pure int build these are the best mobs to grind on up to 90
if you get to 90 pm me and i'll make guide up to lvl 100 xD
