i was wondering what level i should be when i start going to penon/planars/sonars for taxi's. i'm level 37 now and i'm still going to the mujigis and stuff. are there better monsters i should be going to like penons at my level? or should i wait until what level?

To get the best exp, you should be powerleveled on mobs 11 levels higher than your level. However in this case I would go to Penon because of the spawn rate, so the exp would probably be slightly better.

I suggest you stay at mujigis until ~40, then go to penon warriors. Much less goldbots there.
