Iv heard many people talking about 1% defense ignore but im not sure how i can get this.
Can someone please info me on how i get the scroll or itemer or whatever it is to get 1% def ignore

no, you can go to the black smith and blue the item u get. the ignore monster defense is available for the suit only, not the hat or attachment.

Keep in mind it doesn't make any difference in PvP, only on mobs, although it is VERY nice when it hits.
