Yep, Sig images doesnt work right, but I had to write something.

9/10 for the 2nd of yours, its simply just cool but feels like objects doesn't fit well in together (now just try understand something about that)

Few things I would like to point out:

Text, its too far from the render/stock
quite much empty space on the right
and those squares under the text, i think they're too bright for the dark backround

I really really love the font but I feel the shield & sword could "stand out" a bit more from the background.(Unless your goal was to blend the S&S with the background,then GG)
