Just restart the launcher a couple of times, happens for me quite often too.
The stupid thing is happens EVERY FREAKING SINGLE TIME. Restarting doesn't help... I've never had any peers in the list either...

basically allods shop doesn't have this feature but other gpotato games do, so go to the itemshop on the luna online page, log in, then in the upper right side it should say "earn gpotato now" it should then bring you to a offers page, click on "free" and start doing them. Most of them are surveys which you have to give them a valid email, so i suggest making a fake email and sending them there, some you might have to confirm, but most as soon as you complete the surveys they give you the gpotatos soon after.

I assume you're going vamp build? You might wanna take Necropotency, its pretty effective especially for tight spots when you need to shoot out a vampirism for blood
